Go to your local animal shelter or cat rescue organization. You can Google for the ones in your area.
These resources often will have the animal spayed/neutered at no cost to you.

From private homes - look for flyers in grocery stores, restaurants, wherever they allow flyers, or ads in local papers or the ad papers you find at places like convenience stores. Shelters usually have a charge, but that usually covers spaying/neutering, which you'll want to have done anyway, so maybe that's really a good deal.

You know I knew few really good site for getting kittens for free. But seeing what a psychopath you are who cold heartedly killed her kitten I doubt I will ever help you with more abuse.

i dont think you should get another cat if the other one died because you didnt take care of it the next one might die too for the same mistake it would be better for a cat to be alive in a shelter then be dead with you im sorry for saying this but its true

Oh yeah, you should get another cat. Perhaps instead of saying it died you should really say "I need a new cat because I killed it".
