Even if we were created by alien life the question of who created them would still remain. I would have to say that if we were created at all it would have to be of someone or something that was not created itself. A being that is infinite. That existed before all creation and will exist after all creation. A being that is beyond our ability to comprehend, because of the fact that we can only conceive of very limited ideas since we, on a universal scale, have very limited experiences.
I just wanted to know why it is easier for people to believe in unseen aliens than an unseen God. I would also like to point out that evolution fails to answer questions of morality. Think about it. Human beings are the only creatures on earth that are able to feel guilt. Why is that. Why can we recognize beauty in the sun set and feel so deeply that we cry. I don't think a group of cells forming together in a lump and then changing over time to suite its needs can create such behavior. The soul undoubtedly exists.

It's not only possible it's true beyond a shadow of a doubt. We were created by 3 beings who were not of this earth! :o)
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God....And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
However, if you mean beings from outer space, well let me put it this way. It has a lot more probability to being true than the notion that some lightning bolts charging around in a primoridial chemical soup imparted self replicating life to inanimate matter that went on through random mutations and natural selection to become creatures like a fish and then a frog and then a mouse and then a bumblebee, hummingbird, carpenter ant that keeps aphids like cattle, duck billed platypus, giraffe, wolverine, human being, etc, etc.
Like all of those animals with all of their complex internal organs "just happened" because "time + random events = all of the life forms that have ever existed up to and including today". Yeah right! I would say that an intelligent life form from another planet makes a much more reasonable explanation than that.

Oh I definitely think it's possible.
I have a very open mind, perhaps some would say a little overactive imagination...
I feel that there are "aliens" out there, and that there is an overwhelmingly good chance that they are our "God" figure.
Think about this:
A fish lives in the ocean. He's never seen a human before. Then one day out of nowhere, some big long pink or brown thing with no fins or scales, that blows bubbles and breathes the Air From Above scoops him out with a net. He is handled and talked to by the human, then tossed back to the water. He tries to tell all his fish-friends, but they call him a "fanatic" or tell him he's lost it. Or, maybe they think he's had contact with Teh Creator, and call him an icon. Or maybe a few of his friends believe him, and search for their own understanding.
I believe that people who have that "Faith" in religion could have actually had some sort of contact with Teh Aliens. I don't have that faith, because I am just another fish in the sea. I have no reason to believe. Not just yet. But see, the fish that was captured KNOWS about his own experience, he KNOWS what's out there, even if he doesn't UNDERSTAND it completely.
Maybe this is religion.
Maybe we're all fishes, maybe it's really not that unreasonable to think that we aren't the biggest things out there. Maybe it's plausible that "GOD" isn't really a "mystical" "magical" or even "powerful" being, just something Different than us. "GOD" may or may not have created us, maybe "GOD" is just a bunch of aliens that like to amuse themselves with their ant-farm Earth. Maybe we're all just someone's pets.
The possibilities are endless.
More people should open their minds, to think WOW WHAT IF!!
Or maybe I should be a writer...
*shrugs*
Well, thanks, you sparked my imagination. :]

I understand what you are saying. In fact the beings are synonymous to the beliefs of the early gods. For example the Greeks said the gods rode a golden chariot through the sky.
I can't think of the references, but there was a video that a Priest in my Religion class during the 1 year of Catholic High School I attended which gave reference to some passages in the Bible which could be listed as visits from creatures from not of our world.
The reason for for him showing us the video is because he said "The more you know about different ideas and beliefs the fewer questions you will have to ask God, why?
You question is completely valid. There are many possibilities we don't know the answers to.

In a general way, Jesus was an extraterrestial. He said His kingdom "was not of this earth" John 18:36. It is extreemly interesting to note in the Old Testament book of Ezekiel (which was written thousands of years ago) especially the 1st chapter that it describes beings that travel with wheels inside wheels that liftup from the earth, Those wheels are stated to be like the color of "beryl". Beryl is a dirivative of aluminum so we are taking about round spinning metalic looking things that move in all four directions. These beings are called living creatures and are probably angelic beings. I personaly believe that some of the ufo sightings are angelic activity taking place but I would not be adamant about it. Peoples from around the globe have creation stories which probably were derived from the original creation story in Genesis. The Biblical record is outstanding in it's remarkable record of time and events and of course in it's testament to Jesus who is a Savior for this world (for God so loved the world...).

Well, I am an atheist, or an agnostic; the answer is still the same. Its possible, but not likely.
Science operates on evidence, and there's a basic principle called "Occam's Razor", which says that between two competing explanations, the "simpler" one is preferred (its a little more complex than that, but you get the idea).
So for your question-- existing organic chemistry and evolutionary biology is more than adequate to explain the emergence of human life, and indeed all life on Earth. The whole "alien" thing is theoretically possible-- but then where have these aliens gone? Why did they leave no trace? Its a more complicated explanation, and there's no reason to prefer it to the simple one.

Interesting question :)
The problem with the ET idea is (a) probability of their orgin by naturalistic processes = 0 for all practical purposes; (b) if ET are there, it would be reasonable for us to see some consistent realistic evidence of their presence.
Given that God exists (the Christian God), it is possible that he created ETs. However there is no evidence that he gave any of his created beings, the ability to create other creatures...
Cordially,
John

convinced it type of feels attainable. yet provided that existence advanced right here, it type of feels more effective attainable that it also originated right here by ability of a few mechanism concerning random collisions between dissolved molecules that delivered about a molecule that would want to self-reflect. If extraterrestrial beings created us then who "created" them, ad infinitum.

The fact is that virtually everything is possible in the universe.
Everything you see in a science fiction film such as teleportation, time travel, hyper velocity etc. etc. is prevalent in the universe.
As any astronomer will tell you - the universe is not as strange as we imagine but much stranger than we can imagine.

There are religions that teach this kind of stuff (like Raelianism). As with many things, it can not be disproven unequivocally. However, it has no evidence for it either. So it is an irresponsible belief, as I see it.
