Let us look at what GOD Almighty Said to the Jews in the Bible:
"`How can you say, "We [the Jews] are wise, for we have the law of the LORD," when actually the lying pen of the scribes has handled it falsely?' (From the NIV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)"
The Revised Standard Version makes it even clearer: "How can you say, 'We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us'? But, behold, the false pen of the scribes has made it into a lie. (From the RSV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)"
In either translation, we clearly see that the Jews had so much corrupted the Bible with their man-made cultural laws and fabrications, that they had turned the Bible into a lie! See Also Deuteronomy 31:25-29 where Moses peace be upon him predicted the corruption/tampering of the Law (Bible) after his death. The Book of Moses predicted that the Law (Bible) will get corrupted. The Book of Jeremiah which came approximately 826 years after did indeed confirm this corruption

The Jewish scriptures are extensive-unfold as a results of fact the Tanakh, that's an acronym: "T" for Torah (the 5 books of Moses), "N" for Nevi'im (the Prophets), "Kh" for Kethuvim (the Writings). it fairly is it. The Jews use the Talmud to assist with somewhat some interpretations, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it particularly is not in a similar classification as Torah, or the Tanakh as an entire. it fairly is Christianity which borrowed the Tanakh, further to it, mistranslated it, twisted it this sort and that, and you blame **the Jews** for "corrupting the Bible"? The Jews did not corrupt their very own holy scriptures, dude.

Your point could be valid but you misunderstand. The Jews did not corrupt the Bible itself but their actions regarding Mosaic Law. The scribes were copying the Law word-for-word, but no one understood what it meant beyond a daily exercise in the futility of attempting to adhere perfectly. Instead they became strict legalists and deluded themselves into believing that they were keeping the Law perfectly. Not only that, they looked down on all others as inferior when in God's eyes all are equal. This was especially true in the time of Jeremiah and the exile, because the priests themselves were holding pagan rituals in the Temple as well as participating in human infant sacrifice to Baal. Obviously that wasn't even keeping the spirit of the Law, which was their downfall. Their arrogance and stubbornness were ultimately their undoing. It was thei actions, not their words, that corrupted the law because even the "men of God" did not keep His Law.

A) The claim is obviously absurd since the scribes wrote down jeremiah and they obviously wouldn't write anything self-incriminating if they were indeed acting falsely.
B) The jewish understanding of that verse is
"How do ye say: 'We are wise, and the Law of the L-RD is with us'? Lo, certainly in vain hath wrought the vain pen of the scribes."
As you can see, it is very different. It speaks of the people not guarding the word of G-d, not of their altering text.
C) Somehow I doubt that you're approaching this with an openmind.

The verses you mention do not say the Jews corrupted the Bible.
It indicates that some scribes misused the Bible.

They were VERY careful with the text itself. It was their interpretations and actions that brought problems.
Copies of the text were done on a grid, one letter per box kinda stuff. They would count the letters and rows on each page, look at the first letter on each line... the copy method was impeccable as shown by the Dead Sea Scrolls, they were about 1000 years older than the oldest manuscripts known before they were found yet the variation was microscopic by comparison.. (They traditionally destroyed worn scrolls so there are very few still extant.)
