around 4 hundred cal. bread is like one hundred cal in line with slice so thats 200cal then plus the cheese so as that should prob be yet another 200 or 300cal. so yeah, around 4 hundred-500 cal. i might make nutrients at domicile the nighttime earlier or arise till now. or dont eat lunch and then eat whilst u get domicile. whilst i grew to become into going to college final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days i would not eat the completed college day and then ate slightly as quickly as I got here domicile. now im domicile schooled :P
