Why do People often complain that Illegals and minorities using our tax dollars, and many social services?

People often complain that Illegals and minorities are draining our economy and using our tax dollars, and using many of our social services. I say let them, it's not like the Governments going to suddenly cut back on spending, or give me a refund check for the money the have left over. It's just going to go in someone else is pocket. Haliberton for instance, they charge the Government anything they want, with their no bid contracts. Bush doesn't have to pay for it, All the american tax payers do.

I suppose they are getting the best medical care.

I don't think so, Americans with a little money can't even afford medical their bills.

i think is fair that whites complain.. but why doesn't the black community complain? maybe is because they love living on tax dollars and not having jobs.. plenty of whites do the same and people of all races, that supposedly deserve it cause they are citizens, THEY ABUSE THE SYSTEM JUST LIKE THE ILLEGALS and perhaps white people should start complaining about that too since they are so worried about their tax dollars.

You are right about Haliburton, but the fact is Illegal maintenance is costly and there are countless ways this hurts the economy and every day Citizens. I don't know how often or what type of contact you have with the illegal community but speaking from first hand experience and when you realize how the amount of money going to the low income illegal population affects how we dont get certain monies to better our schools or why we did not build our hospital or why we have to raise our property taxes in order to build a library because we don't qualify for the funds, it gets to you and no matter how good you want to be and how much you want to help, eventually it gets to you,

If the illegals weren't using that money to pop out more kids then we could use the money to help AMERICANS. You must not have noticed the people who are called the working poor, the people who have no money for medications, the people who live off of disability checks of 600 a month. What about white middle class kids who want to go to college? If their name was Shanaynay or Carlos then they would have tons of financial help. And minorites and illegals usually don't move up in the world. *some do but its rare and I respect those* They just have kids and collect help and those kids have kids who just collect help. Just a cycle of lazy people.

The money spent on ILLEGALS for state aid/benefits, should be spent elsewhere and on Americans....why should your tax money be spent on someone who should not be here in the first place and is NOT a citizen ?? The money that is spent on illegals is astronomical....that money could and should be spent on other programs...I would favor more after school programs for kids...on our disabled and our elderly ....lets not forget the homeless and the veterans...I could go on...look it up see how much illegals are costing the tax payers...in Maryland it cost 40-44 million dollars just in health care for illegals for ONE year, that's not including food stamps or any other type of state aid....think of where that money could have been spent.....(keep in mind that's just one state, for one year)

People complain about illegal aliens using services that they don't pay for in taxes or otherwise, because they aren't supposed to be here in the first place, but complaining about minorities using them is racist and wrong. You can't compare the two groups.

The reality of it is that citizens (including minorities) and resident aliens with work visas or green cards earn an honest living, pay payroll taxes, contribute to Social Security, and provide the government with a share of their earnings which entitle them to government benefits and services.

Illegal aliens which work for cash and don't pay any payroll taxes reap the benefits of a system that they don't contribute to.

This is not a race issue. Its an equity an fairness issue.

It isn't minorities, it is illegals who are stealing the benefits from taxpayers and others who need the services, including education, overstrained by the millions and millions of illegal immigrants here. I don't expect a refund. I want to get the education I pay taxes for, rather than funding substandard education for my own children so I can pay for their children too.

Because that money belongs to people who have earned it. Granted, the welfare system needs to be severely reformed, but a person like me, single, no, kids, barely making ends meet in my dead end job deserves to be given help before some illegal c*nt who keeps squirting out babies. I pay my taxes and I should get something for it long before someone who decided to get their a$$ smuggled across the border.

yeah. what beckiboo said. I needed and still need help for my medication. Im a starving college student. Medi-cal? denied. Social security? denied. White boys like me don't get social services, and i pay effing taxes. Yeah, so thats why I am complaining.

WE have been paying into our system and those resources should be there for US if and whenWE need them not for some schmuck from some other country who just happened to sneak in here and make it alive.
Sorry--no simpathy here.

It sure wasn't there for my family when I needed it so screw them.What makes them more deserving?
