Grammatically, they're both correct. In the first one, what you're really saying is "He has a better pronunciation than you [have]." In the second one, you're really saying, "He has a better pronunciation than [your pronunciation]."

In practice, though, they sound a little awkward, and most native English speakers would probably say something like, "His pronunciation is better than yours."

I think neither is correct. The correct one should be "he has a better pronunciation than you do" (he does have a better pronunciation than you do).
Or you can go with Kabes: his pronunciation is better than yours, which is more common.

I believe Kabes is correct. Neither of these sentences are correct. They sound awkward.

His pronunciation is better than yours.

I think Two is correct, grammatically speaking.

However, "His pronunciation is better than yours." will sound more smooth, though.

Neither is correct- it should be "his pronunciation is better than yours."

I would remove the 'a' in number two. The 'a' makes pronunciation a noun. Without the 'a' it is not a noun, but a ................... yeah, forget what it is.

i would say the second is more correct.

the first choice implies the word 'do' at the end.... when selecting between the two, i would suggest the phrase that doesn't leave anything out.
