I don't understand people's needs for this simple easy weight loss stuff. Losing weight is very simple.
Eat three sensible meals a day and exercise at least 3 times a week for 30-90 minutes at a time. The pounds will melt away, and who knows, you just may find yourself with more energy to do things and some muscles to enhance your figure.
