I know my beliefs on God. I believe in a God that respects the ten commandments, made everyone unique. I fully support that God loves and supports homosexuals. I am pretty sure he created the Earth, but would want a religion that did not argue about it or was not forceful about it, a religion to whom it didn't matter much. I believe Jesus died on the cross. I believe in a relationship with God, and I believe that he watches over his followers. I do however believe in a God with which I can have a relationship with if I'm gay. I believe the crazy gifts (tongues, etc.) were for way back when Jesus was around. I don't want something crazy, I just want something that believes God loves gay people and created them equal to the rest of his people.
What religion has these beliefs?

There's a quiz you can take which will show which denomination you will feel most comfortable with. You can take it at

This sounds like many mainstream Protestant religions to me. There are some Gay churches as well that you might be interested in. I wish I could think of them right now, but I know if you search on google, you should be able to find some online Gay church communities, if you can't find one locally.
I grew up in a United Methodist Church, and while Methodists vary a lot from pastor to pastor and church to church, you might be able to find one that you like. I find it to be a very accepting community. However, as of right now, the Methodists' official stance is against homosexual marriage and homosexual pastors. They are becoming a bit more open-minded though I think, and I would not be surprised if this changes within the next few years. It will likely cause a schism if it does.
But what is good about the Methodist Church is that they have a basic "think and let think" attitude.
I just mention the Methodists since I'm most familiar with them. I have heard that Quakers are pretty open-minded too, and you may want to look into their beliefs a little more.
Remember too that you don't necessarily have to find a church that you fit perfectly into. I mean, it can be nice, but it just may not be out there. Everyone is different. But I wish you the best in trying to find a nice ecumenical church that will embrace you and your beliefs.

I don't think any religion fits exactly.
Nondenominal Christian is probably the closest you are going to get to it. They are the religion for Christians that don't fit into any other Christian religion.
cons: most likely against gays, however not really stated. In other words they won't talk bad about gays, however since Christianity is against gays so too will nondenominational.
Universalist religions believe in all religions. This is another you can try; however it is not just a Christian religion.
cons: most likely has some beliefs is the "crazy gifts"
I am sort of a Universalist, however I believe nondenominational Christian will work better for you.

I believe that Christianity is fairly flexible. Most people, including myself, and obviously you, believe that homosexuality is a result of genetic predisposition. Who really does choose to be gay? Why would you want to make yourself the center of that sort of controversy, especially if you worship God, where in the bible it states that you should not be homosexual. The bible is written by man. Why would God create you to be gay if He doesn't want anyone to be gay? If God wanted all of us to follow certain guidelines in the bible, He wouldn't have made us all as different as we are. Therefore, as long as you're willing to push through believing the things you believe, Christianity is fine for you. If you still do God's work, things will be fine. Do what He tells you to do.

Any real Christian will tell you that God does love homosexual people. But, he does not like the action of homosexuality because it is a sin. If you were to ask Jesus to be you personal Lord and Savior, he will deliver you from this sin. To sum up: love the sinner, hate the sin.

we are all sinners the bible says"for all have come short of the glory of God" I don't think he wants us to focus so much on our sins but on his forgiveness of them. God loves you regardless of what your sins are He just wants us to try to live righteously he knows as long as we live in the flesh we'll always come short of his glory. Plz read the book of john and see God will not only forgive our sins but also help us understand and deal with them-----to God all sin is bad he doesn't look as one as greater than the other if you ask Jesus into your heart for forgiveness he will forgive you read the book of john and find a church that teaches the bible you'll see you can walk with him He promises

It seems the episcopalian church is good. It's christianity, but without all the lunatics you'll get with some other denominations. I believe it is the only church to have ordained an openly gay priest, as well.

A few people who had problems with accepting the bible verbatim made up their own religion. They twisted things to their liking and suit their life styles. Make yours a good one ... but don't come knockin' at the door...I'll be fishing.
