Do you really need to ask? Come on. However he may like the chase better than the catch, so watch out.
P.S. the word "does" is spelled incorrectly throughout your question and it means like a dose (or measured quantity) of medicine, and tries is misspelled as is "compliments" and "doesn't." Bad spelling and sentence structure probably doesn't faze this guy. (there is a check spelling feature on the upper right of every text box on Yahoo Answers)

I feel there is some interest there for sure, but how do you feel about him is the question. Do you think he would a good match as a boyfriend? Their will be guys that will always flirt with you. You have to decide if you are ready for a relationship first and then if the guy that is flirting may be compatible with your likes and dislikes. Only you really can answer that question. Yeah he definately likes you, but think of it this way-
If you didnt like him, (imagine that one guy you hate) would you think he is stalking or harrassing you?
