The best thing I have found to keep my hair healthy is to use Hask Placenta. It's a liqiud that you can get it in little tubes at Wal-mart, K-mart, or in a spray bottle at Sally Beauty Supply. (If I get the tubes, I only use 1/2 a tube at a time.) Use this after every shampoo, and your hair will become softer and less frizzy.
My hair is down to my waist, and I dye it about every 6 weeks or so. Without the Hask, my hair feels brittle and looks dry. With the hask, I have a full head of thick, healthy hair. Also, don't brush your hair while it's wet. Use a large toothed comb to work out the tangles. And don't use a blow dryer to dry your hair until it is completely dry.

well dont waste the beer on ur hair! buy a bottle of sleek and shine shampoo and put half into a seperate bottle or container, fill the other half with half of a beer (drink the left over beer) shake the shampoo and wash. leave it in for a min or two. after that wash with the regular shampoo u saved and buy the sleek and shine conditoner as well. towel dry ur hair and run some leave in conditioner for frizz thru it (garnier fructis sleek and shine for exmp.) then blow dry and brush it out. if its still to frizzy flat iron it a little. u can also use hot oil treatments sold for like $1 a piece in ur hair, they take 1 min to heat in a glass of hot water and work pretty well. putting mayo in ur hair will also work just run some in there and put a shower cap on & it will start to warm ur scalp, this is kinda like a hot oil treatment but just with mayo then of course wash it out.!!!

Hmm. Every two weeks I take a level cup of mayonaise and massage it into my hair. I know it probably sounds disgusting, but if you put a shower cap on over it and let it sit for about 20 minutes, it works just like a deep conditioning treatment. Then just makes sure you get ALL of it out of your hair or it will start to smell really bad. You could also try using leave in conditioners.

Try serums. But which one you use and how much depends on your hair type, and how you prefer to style it. If you have just straight of kind of wavy hair, try some anti-frizz cream or a little biosilk.
If you're wearing your hair curly, you need a bunch of gel, cream, and bed-head serum.
If you are going to straighten your hair with a flat iron, give your hair a tiny drop of any serum before styling it, and then a couple of pumps of a serum after you finish. Try paul mitchell. Their serum wasn't created to be used in large quantaties, but many stylists at top-notch salons use this technique.
More importantly, just take care of your hair. Don't fry it. You'll be fine.

It sounds like your hair needs a good deep conditioning. What you can do is buy one that you leave in for 20 min and then wash it out. A deep conditioner will help repair and add the mositure it needs back into your hair. Good brands to try are Kiehls and Frederick Fekkai.

I have this problem myself, i usually use hand lotion on my hair when its wet and comb it thru. Another tip is after wash and condition, rinse....when u get out of the shower use regular conditioner, not leave in while hair is still damp comb thru, make sure u focus more on the tips and middle rather than the scalp or u will make ur hair look oily.

Apply coconut oil on your hair once everyday. Preferably in the evening when you are back home. If the stickyness bothers you, wash it off with a little shampoo next morning. Don't do vegorous shampoo daily.
