find a good family lawyer. Check out women resource centers in your area. Some of them you can find at colleges that serve women in the community, not just a college student. Ask family for help. Contact a woman's shelter for information and guidance. If she was taken away by a court, they must have given you some information. Follow up on it. Blessings to your little girl.

You must find legal help right away! If you're unable to afford one, there are free lawyers that can always help. You must help your daughter, try anything, even a visit to the local police station might help. For free legal advice try your local citizens advice bureau, if they can't help they'll put you in touch with someone who can. Don't lose hope, there's alot you can do! It might take time, but if the law can be convinced that she's at risk, they could place her with another family member or even a foster family. It's not the perfect solution, but at least it's a start and she'd be away from any abuse. Then you can work on getting custody back again. Good luck.

Do you have family that you can lean on during this situation? If so, you will need some emotional support. Work with the Children's services and do whatever it takes (parenting classes, etc.) to get your little girl back. Do you have money to hire a lawyer? Look in the phone book to see if there are family organizations that might help you. Keep trying and never give up! My thoughts are with you, and if your baby's dad is abusive, you must get her away from him, now!

sorry to hear about that hon, I know how much a mother loves her babies. You must of done something for the judge to make that decision. Was there any proof of abuse? did you party around her or what?
Get an attorney and go to family court. If you can't afford an attorney hopefully the county will appoint one to you.
It is sad that the two of you can't get along well enough to share parenting.
Be strong and stay clean

Tell a social worker. Personally, I think you need one anyways, just because raising a child at your age is hard anyways. I wonder, did your husband get legal consent to take her away? Why did he accuse you of abuse?

-and if he is abusive you need to file a restraining order against him.

You need a lawyer. Go to court and file a petition. This is what happens when babies have babies.
