Now if union electricianswere called on the jobsite, there would be 3 on staff, one of them a master leading the way with the other two measuring the socket and wiring to check for code violations.

Then, when the leader decides to put his coffee down, he would schedule a revisit on a Saturday at time and a half. That visit will bring in one union electrician and one intern. The intern will finalize the bulb replacement while the union member watches and talks to his wife on his little cell phone.

So, either one Mexican can do it quickly and correctly...or 3 union electricians at a total of 6 man hours at $64 per hour.....gulp.
