Only if SHE is between 13 to 17. I would feel safe enough at 18 to "date" another 18 year old..........

not a pervert if she is like 17. But there are laws about minors. It's called statutory rape! No matter if it is consensual or not!

I don't necessarily think so - it depends on the age difference of course. However, if sex is involved, he may be in legal trouble depending on the exact laws in the jurisdiction.

Often, an 18-17 type relationship will be perfectly legal, but it' s best to know. If there is no sex and they are waiting for such things, then there is no problem unless the age gap is profound (I don't know - 18-10 seems pretty inappropriate to me).

How much younger is the girl? The other question is, is he dating her because he actually wants to be in a relationship, or just because he wants to get in her pants? I've seen these relationships work out very well (the former, obviously), so if there's really something there, he's not a perv, unless she's under sixteen.

A year or two, no.

A 24-year-old with a 16-year-old? YES.

The girl's under 15? He is a child-molesting pervert.

it depends on how much younger-remember in some states if one is over 18 and is involved w/ someone younger than that, it is a crime

If it's by a few months or even 1 year no. But anything more than that is dangerous because he can be charged with a crime if you two have sex.

I don't think that it makes him a pervert, however, the law has a brite line test and it's just not advisable.
