They claim that laws are in contradiction, that they would be sued if they asked people based on race or national origin for more proof of legal residence... and they are winning.

I would like to see those links--I do see States are suing for costs when the government won't pick up what they are suppose too--and winning.
Business haven't got the law behind them-they broke it unless they can prove that they unknowing hired-which they can't in most cases.
So where did you get those lies from?

My Security won't let me open that.=
If the people who are not suppose to be here-were not here-those corporations would be out of business-so I guess the blame is still on those who come Illegally. If they were not here it wouldn't even be a problem at all.

No they aren't. Did you find one?

I can't find any. But I will concede one company that will ALWAYS get away with it and NEVER be prosecuted for it - Halliburton, Vice President Cheny's company that he makes 35 million a year from that fired all the legal contractors on government contracts and replaced them with unskilled illegal workers by Bush signing off on the Davis-Beacon act so they couldn't be prosecuted or sued.

That article doesn't say anything about any company winning or settleling. You misread that. And no one believes nor could Tyson prove they didn't know that EVERY DAMN ONE of their employees were illegal. It offers an OPINION of settlement, but so far no employer has been able to fool the courts with the BS arguments yet.

You distorted facts to present a lie.

Oh really? Walmart had to fork over a chunk of change, a million or so. This doesnt have to do with "blame". It has to do with fulfillling the mandate of the people, and our laws. Settling a court case does not mean anything, and winning a courtcase means nothing in our country where murderers can get off the hook with their high-priced attorneys.

Where are your sources to back that up?
I highly doubt this to be truth.
Paying fines(settling) quite possible but they are not winning anything in court to do with ILLEGAL immigrants.

I heard on the news they stopped construction of a Wal-Mart, because they hire ILLEGALS. They put a stop on the building permit. Every little bit helps.
