While I find your interest in this topic disturbing, it would deffinetly take an extremely long time. Take Iraq for instance: It's only one small country that was ruled by a secualr government. Does it look anywhere close to finshed to you. I suppose you could just nuke them (if you really have no moral compass) but that would probably cause alot of environmental problems and would require alot of nukes (the middle east is a big place)
By they way, if the used nukes, wouldnt Israel itself be at risk? Fallout would reach Israel ithin hours. The Israeli want all this so they vcan stay there right? I don't think nukes would make Israeli a very hospitable, let alone inhabitable place.
There are too many people. You would have the same situation as when Germany invaded the USSR.

the only way to defeat the entire middle east would be to eliminate the entire muslim world, so without practising genocide it couldn't be done. If the US and Israeli backed up by every non muslim country including China and Russia were to take on the entire middle east it would with chemical and biological weapons that would win the war. Then have Russia invade from the north and combined US, European and Israeli forces invade via Israeli and Iran/Iraq and China, Japan and Australia to deal with Asia, India to deal with its northern broder after eliminating their internal threat.

The whole middle east does not need to be killed. Not every part of the middle east is corrupt. There are many Arabic men and women who are very nice people. And many parts of the middle east have no wars going on. So there is not need to kill the whole middle east.

if the combined Middle East, pulls out all it's investment's within the US, there would be no need for war, the US would be finished financial and would not be able to afford the gas needed to run it's warplanes, and so would be it's foster kid Israel. US just has a superior air-force but on land it can be wiped out by any army.
