If you want info try looking up The Atlantic Paranormal Society, very down to earth guys who do research in this field, they have a presence on the web. try looking TAPS their acronym.Good luck, some of these guys have had personal experiences similar to yours so they have pretty much dedicated their lives to understand the energy of these events. Although they do try to de-bunk hauntings because probably 90 % of the people that contact them really don't have any ghosts, just things that are odd. I hope they can help you.

Yes, and I agree with you that it's terrifying!! The house I live in is haunted...really...and we usually just see two older people and a little boy. Sometimes, we see a white mist .
Well one morning when I was putting on my makeup, the white mist just came up from the floor right behind me. I let out a scream like no other.
It hasn't happened again, and for that I am thankful.

Can't say that I have. I've seen shadows and reflections have played tricks on me, but never a ghost or spirit. Not to say that they don't exist because I really don't know. Does anyone????

yes, the "ghost" was me because i look like a total wreck after a drinking bout and suffering from a hangover and just woke up from bed.
