who here functions on 4-6 hours of sleep and maybe even less?

what do you do to help you through the day?


i hate sleeping but when i wake up i'm miserable..

No time for sleep. I hate sleeping too. If you go jogging or something it will wake you up pretty quick. Coffee doesn't work for me. I just have to deal with being tired, and then fall asleep when I'm driving or something. Watch out people, I might run you over!!

adults need at least 8hrs of sleep to stay alert during the day and also to have a good complexon and overall
