Yes, athlete's foot (tinea pedis) is an infection and it is possible to get it on the palms of your hand. The fungus thrives in warm, moist places. The condition is contagious. It can be spread by direct skin-to-skin contact and indirectly through towels, shoes, floors, etc. So be sure to exercise proper hand washing techniques and completely dry your hands after wearing your gloves.

Yes, you can get it on and inside every inch of your body...it thrives everywhere. The only thing you can do is keep your hands as dry as possible since it develops better on a moist surface. Try powdering your hands prior to putting on the gloves. Also try using the Dr Scholls foot powder on your hands that's used for athelete's foot.

I believe it would be unlikely to happen. Athlete's foot needs a constantly moist/damp environment in which to thrive. Your hands are exposed to the air and light the majority of the time and I assume you probably wash your hands at least several times a day (which people don't usually do to their feet)

hi little fiath, athletes foot is a fungal infection caused by the same
germ in your eye.a good remedy to cure athletes foot is use eyewash...............however, your hands are merely sore through
moisture loss . the sweating is the moisture your losing.a good hand cream like nivea is good and my best is what i use and its .......are you ready for this???......put porridige in a sock , soak it in the sink and squeeze it in your hands daily .worth a try. .......

Its either carpel tunnel (more tingling sensation) or tendinitis ( pain that makes you dont want to move it like its about to fall off)
