Depression is very complex. I suffer from depression cause by my anxiety and panic disorder. Figure out that one. There are several signs of depression, and a person can have one, all, or none and still be depressed. Some of the signs are lack of interest in things you used to enjoy. Sleeping too much. Not being able to sleep. Loss of appetite. Thoughts of harming yourself or suicide.
Everyone has up and down days, often because of tangible circumstances. If the symptoms last more than a few weeks, you could be depressed and should talk to a doctor.

properly, pricey, you really are depressed. without itemizing out the DSM criteria as such the mere incontrovertible certainty that (a million) it is lasted 6 months, (2) you keeping apart, (3) no longer motiated, (4) usual oversleeping, (5) some variety fof ordinary social pressure i.e. human beings gazing you, etc. and (6) you've been off antidepressants indicating a clinically determined condition--honestly means that the melancholy has lower back and also you aren't from now on functioning properly. verify in jointly with your health care professional and get decrease back on your meds and also you'll function more effective.

I just checked out www.isitreallydepression.com because one of the answers mentioned it. If you go to that website and then click
on signs of depression you will get the best answer. Even the answer from "med student" falls short.
Please talk to your doctor if you have any doubt.

depression does not last for only one day.
you would feel tired and you would want to be alone to dwell in your self pity. not have any friends to come around. One would not have any get up and go spirit.

REAL DEPRESSION IS LIKE HAVING A MILLSTONE AROUND YOUR NECK, ALWAYS PULLING YOU DOWN. THE SYMPTOMS AND MOODS VARY BUT IT'S ALWAYS THERE. BEING CTHULU THOUGH I WOULD THINK THE MASS INSANITY YOU'RE MERE SIGHT CAUSES WOULD OCCUPY YOUR MASSIVE WATER FILLED BRAIN.
