Hi Hope,
I'm a Protestant Christian and I do believe there is a God overlooking us. Whenever you're in a tough situation that you never think you'll get out of - you somehow get out of your struggle (I believe that help comes from God.) I also believe God gives us struggles so we'll strive to go to Heaven, and when we get there, it'll be more magnificent than anyone could've ever imagined. There are some unexplainable things that happen that are nothing short of miracles; I've noticed some of these; I won't go into detail because some are too personal I suppose. Sometimes your life isn't going any direction you would like for it to and this brings up another point - I believe everything happens for a reason. Have you ever noticed whenever you're in a struggle, you eventually get out of it, it may take a while, but eventually, your struggle will end. If there isn't a God, how in the world would this world have been created. I understand this stupid science stuff we get taught in school about evolution. I've noticed something. Things that are in the Bible, science doubts. Then, science will prove something to be true and it agrees with the Bible. A river can be formed in a matter of days. It doesn't take years, decades, or even centuries. Our world was created in 7 days. I don't care if God took 7 days to create it, or if he rested on the 7th day. What matter does it really make? Please reference Joshua, Chapter 10 in the Bible. Science has proven that to be true. God with-holds some things from us because he wants us to have faith in him. We don't just get a free ticket to go to Heaven. You have to be faithful to God in your life, ask for forgiveness for your sins, and live your life in a Christian manner to go to Heaven. I believe those are things God wants us to do. No one knows exactly how God decides if you go to Heaven or Hell, but everyone will be judged on Judgement Day. In the meantime, you just have to have faith. Live your Life! God bless you. If the Bible is true (I believe it to be true), God is looking over us.

1......a human representation e.g. the old bearded man in christainity....no!
2..... some form of energy that generated the galaxies, the solar system..... 'god' as a powerful energy source....... visible (light) or .....invisible (electricity)........yes!

Yes. I doubt some of the religious dogma that comes with organized religion but I have no doubt about God.

Yes he is and so is the devil and he is always going to try and get you in trouble don't listen to the devil even when he try to give you candy coated evil. God love you and he sent his Son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross for yours sins so you could live for ever in heaven with him and all of your family
