19, but I'm 41 and single, so it averages out to less than one a year. Plus I have really been WITH them, as in present, respectful, listening, laughing and faving fantastic frendships. That's 19 best friends. I'm proud of the quality, the quantity isn't important.
If you're going for quantity, have a toss or take up stamp collecting- it is safer and you're not degrading people to a notch on your belt.
