That is a most excellent way.

We still need to monitor our borders, monitor those here on temporary papers, and tighten up social security number thefts....

BUT, if we (as private citizens) could sue companies that hired illegals, and if they had to pay all Court costs and a huge fine, you would see them scrambling to hire Americans and paying proper wages.

Well then who is going to do all the dirty work for under minimum wage?...Who hires the illegals to do work for them? Lazy people who don't want to do it themselves. Or People who want to get over on the revenues by not showing that they are paying hired help! People want to complain..but in the same token they are the ones who hire illegal to work under the table to establish their companies..So they can make a profit at the lowest cost...but ask them to admit that...No way!

Crack down seriously on the employers and the illegals would soon be self-deporting, at no cost to the US taxpaying citizens. Get rid of all of the incentives that draw illegals to the US. Absolutely allow NO access to free medical care, free education, welfare, etc. Get rid of the archaic, out-dated anchor baby law. If ALL of the incentives are removed, they will not come.

I believe it would help immensely! No documentation=No job=no welfare=no money=no reason to stay=going back to homeland=mass movement across the borders in a southerly direction.
