Big city in south Texas....we have lots of places for people to apply for citizenship.

We have LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of illegal immigrants...working away in general labor jobs and other manufacturing jobs and an equal number of people trying to help they stay here, regardless of citizenship.

I'd say that many in my city really miss the boat here.

It's not about one group of folks wanting another group to suffer. It's about getting illegals to get with the program and apply for LEGAL status.

wow glad u asked. mayor Daley loves them, governer Blagoyevich, & Durbin does too some officials even came out to the march & the participants of the rally/march were applauded. mayor Daley even has an ordinance in chicago that stops any illegal raids or anything of that sort. it's great to live in illinois. we get a lot of support from the Legal & American born citizens here, including me. Mwah!!!

Lets see. where I live they are being prosecuted for murder. So
does that answer your question! My city wants them gone. They
are getting free healthcare in the free clinics and lower income
housing and they are stealing and vandelizing. Now Americans
are not perfect. But we live here. We aren't dying to get into
Mexico to get a way with a bunch of crimes that our government
won't allow here, illegally. How many people do you see running the other way!

Our town is a little town of about 1200 people in Nortwest Alabama, immigration isn't really a problem here.

The local police and citizens want them gone, myself included but the governor hasn't done much at all about it.
