sit ups make your abs strong use a machine such as ab lounge i have it but never used it lol i gotta find some time

I'm a ballet/modern dancer too, and a really good, realitivly easy way to gain stomach muscle is crunches. Baisically, you have to do them every day - when you roll out of bed, or right before you go to bed is a good time. Start with something like 50 or 100 (it depends on how many you can to ;) and encrease by 10 each day. Just remember to keep your stomach sucked in, or you'll get strong muscles that pooch out!
If you have access to a pilates class, or time to do a video workout, that is really strengthening all around.

Well, a good program would consist of a variety of crunches, and, if you have no back problems, sit-ups as well. But...if you want awesomely fast results..the stability ball is one of the best ways I know of to bring out definition in the abs- it engages that muscle group in a way that regular crunches just don't do. Also keep in mind that in order to actually see the "6-pack", your body fat must be low enough to show definition. You can have the buffest stomach in the world, but if you're carrying too much fat you won't see it. If you're at a reasonable body fat level though, you'll start seeing definition within about 2 weeks performing 3-4 sets up to 20 (if you can do more than 20, try holding a weight behind your head as you sit up on the ball) every other day. Not every day- it's a myth that you need to do abs every day. For best results, every other day is better- your muscles need a chance to recover between bouts. Do 3-4 sets of the crunches, sit-ups, and do both sit-ups and jack-knifes on the ball. (Jackknife- place your hands on the floor, in push-up position with feet on the ball. Roll feet on ball up to chest, then roll back to the starting position. You can also "fold yourself in half" raising your butt up in the air for another challenging move. ) Remember to incorporate the obliques by doing a few of your sets with a twist bringing your elbow toward the opposite knee. Don't do too many side bends- I see to many woman doing weighted side bends trying to make their waists smaller, but instead they end up building the muscles on the sides giving them a boxy shape instead of an hour glass. When I played football I made my stomac stronger by doing sit-ups with weights. Lay on your back and make sure that your feet are elevated. Start out by using a 5lb barbell weight and try to do 50 repitutions at a time. Rest 15 minits and try to do 50 more. If you can not do that many at first, do not worry. You will work up to it. I am 59 years old now and can do 150 repititions with 25lbs of weight. Not bad for the age that I am. I promise you that if you stay with it, your stomac will become stronger.

Does this incorporate stuff like nutrition poisoning? different than for that, i might could say good. as quickly as I took physique shape in extreme college i became into between the only ones that became into prepared to dissect the animal organs we've been given. and that i will consume almost any dish as long because it is arranged properly.

crunches, leg lifts, push ups (use your abs to keep your back straight) - just go in the push up position and hold it as long as you can.

1st control your diet, cut down too much carbo, fat... no supper.
Do jogging to burn the excess fat, then after 4weeks later do the sit up excises.
