You should stop using the straightening iron, for starters. The heat is drying out your hair, which only causes more damage.
Your hair needs moisture, and protein... so a conditioner from the local grocery (IE: Pantene. It is *terrible* for your hair) isn't going to help. You need to go to Sally's and ask someone to point you towards the protein conditioners... usually placed near the hot oil treatments. Hot oil treatments (while I'm on the subject) are very good as well.
Wash your hair gently before putting any conditioner in it. Once the conditioner is in, let it sit. It would be a good idea to wrap your hair in a towel and go about your day for about a half hour or more. Rinse your head with cool (not cold) water.
And don't use heat to dry it, if you must blowdry it, use the cooler setting. Let it air dry on days that you've nowhere to be.

Unfortunately you cannot fix it. A deep conditioner may help it feel and look better, but they will still be fried. Fried hair is fried hair, it can not be fixed, only cut off. Stop straightening them and put a leave in conditioner in them every day.. this will help the split ends from splitting farther up. Trim them now, as much as possible. I used to take mine and twist my bangs back and stuff a bobby pin in there.. pull a few long peices down around. Or use a headband. Keep trimming them every 3-4 weeks until they are fixed. Fortunately bangs usually grow fast.
Also, try putting a wax or pomade in them if you need them down.. this will help the ends look better.. but dont use too much, it will make them greasy.
Don't use hot oil treatments, but get a good conditioner.. go to a supply house or a salon, not a store. Hot oil treatments have the same affect on your hair as putting veggie oil on it.. your hair will be soft and shiny, but it really won't help condition it. And its kind of messy and gross

Put down the straightening iron. Buy some good quality deep conditioner, use it once a week, and condition hair regularly with normal conditioner. If you can get away with it, don't wash your hair every day; washing strips out the natural oils that keep hair healthy.

first trim your bangs till all the split ends dissapear (as long as you dont have a bald spot) instead of straightening them pull them back till they grow better
meanwhile try using deep conditioners/moisturizers
or get a heat protecting spray or something like hair serum that protects your hair from the heat

Put a lot of conditioner on your bangs and leave for a couple of min. (i used pantene pro-v cond.) it works great. Also try not to mess with your bangs that much. Clip them back..
