Yes, It can be cured. Nowadays people rely so much on getting things done fast. But getting rid of Depression takes time..how much time you need, as long as you notice the problem and want to change it. It's always best to think about the best, or change something.

Depression can be cured, with time. But nowadays people "don't have time" to be in depression.

So yes it can be cured without medication.

I think it depends on the person. I had a bout of this several years ago brought on by a breakup with a former fiance. I took meds for a few months and when I felt better I stopped taking them and I have had no problems since then. Now-days it is not a big deal to seek a doctor's opinion, but I do think that if you are feeling suicidal you should certainly seek help right away. It depends on how bad you feel I guess, and if it is affecting your life and daily activities to the point where you can't function normally.

yes it can depending on the severity of your hormonal imbalance. try exercising. it will help regulate your hormones and thus allow you to feel better. prescriptions and talking to a shrink may provide temporary help but that is only a treatment for the symptoms, not for the root of the problem: hormonal imbalance.

That depends if you believe it is a spiritual condition or physical. If you don't trust God, then seek help, by all means. Even if you do, seek help and pray.
