Well depending on your height, you may weigh what you're supposed to. Eat healthy but maybe choose foods with more carbs and fats. Exercise will help you gain muscle. Do no over do yourself or eat wrong because you may make yourself sick. You doctor should be able to help you choose a diet and proper exercise. Might be just a quick phone call. Be safe though, hun.

Well, it is likely that over the next several years you will gain weight naturally, but this is of course not always the case. Are you looking to add fat, muscle, or both? At 13 you are still growing quite a bit, so be sure to check with your parents and doctor before following these recommendations:
1.) A weight lifting program that focuses on very heavy weights, preferably under the guidance of a personal trainer or coach. By lifting very heavy weights, you will add some muscle bulk and acheive a nice toned look. (by heavy, I mean weight that you could only lift maybe 5-6 times before your muscles give out)
2.) Most important of all....EAT!!! 1 pound of fat =3500 extra calories ingested...so, start out by adding an additional 500-750 calories per day to your diet. Have these calories come from good, healthy foods like rice, beans, whole wheat breads, lean meats, fish, ect. Don't just eat a bunch of junk food. With the type of body that you have, you'll find that the "good old fashioned homecooked" meat and potatos type of diet will stick to your ribs the best. Be sure to eat lots of fruits and vegi's with every meal.

You're young, you should fill out and gain more weight as you grow older, so leave a lot of your weight gain to mother nature.
The healthiest amount of weight to gain, and lose, in a single week is only two pounds, so as to give your body time to adjust to the change. So it may take some time.
Don't go about trying to gain weight by eating a lot of junk food, that adds weight, yes, but in fat. But you will be eating very unhealthy, and everyone knows that.
The best way to add weight to your body would be to lift weights and exercise to increase your muscle mass. Also eat a lot of protein. Protein helps build muscle faster, and muscles weighs more than fat. If you go to the gym for an hour, three times a week, you should be looking, and feeling, healthier in no time!
Good luck!

Go to a health food store, or even Wal-Mart, and buy protein powder meant for gaining weight. Then you will not just be gaining weight because of excess fat, which will eventually make obese, where you will have to figure out the best way to start losing weight, which is even more difficult. And start a program of weight training, under supervision, or at least after book study on the subject. You'll do fine.

If you feel energetic and healthy most of the time, you should not worry about your weight. It's the way you are built; it's the way your genes inherited from your family dictate. As you grow older, you will see changes. But if you like, you can do some excercise that stimulate your metabolism. But don't try to stuff youself with food you don't need.
On the other hand, if you feel lazy or rundown most of the time, or if this condition is brought about by your puberty and menstruation, some girls do feel run down, perhaps your Iron is low or the other. It is better to consult a Dr.

If you wish to gain weight, skip breakfast. That way when you eat at lunch, you will feel hungrier and will eat more. Eat a good amount of food 2 hours before sleep. Lay around a lot more. When you gain a good amount of weight. Do sit ups and push ups, that should help you maintain a good weight, and keep your belly down.

Eat.
As fast as possible: Eat chocolate and soda everyday, your gain like crazy.
Of course, you'll be unhealthy.
Eat healthy 2500 - 3000 or so calories a day (protein) and excercise.
