What is the best car out there under 30,000? New or used. Not
under the year 2002?

Honda of any kind.
Mine is a '97 Civic EX with 197,000 miles on it and the ONLY thing I've ever replaced is plugs, plug wires and the battery.
Oh, and a muffler....

get a scion xb good mileage roomy safe and there really nice you could get a nearly fully loaded one for under $20 000 and with all the money you save you could get a wicked audio system 7 inch monitors and all that stuff

if you live in a warm climate, then i think the best car under 30k is the mustang gt. there everything a muscle car should be.

there is a 2006 grand prix gxp, with a 5.7 V8, thats like 29,000, but other than that there are tons
