The flood was 1656 after Adam. Noah had 350 years to live to 2006 after Adam. Gen.7:6; Gen.9:28,29; Shem age 98 + 350 = is 448 years old when Noah dies.
Shem age 98 + 2 = 100 years, two years after flood, Gen.11:10,11; He is age 450 when Abraham is born, when Abraham is age 75 [ it is 77 years from the death of Noah + 2006 = 2083 ].
Shem age 600 dies year 2158 after Adam and 25 years before Abraham.
Gen.12 4; 2083, Abraham gets the covenant, Moses is age Exo.7:7[ 80 ]; 12:40,41 [ 430 ] years after and in 40 years Deut.1:1-3; 29:5; 34:7; Moses dies 2553 after Adam.
Moses dies 2553 + 1KI.6:1 [ 480 ] = 3033 after Adam, David has been dead 4 years and Solomon is 1033 less 36 = 997 before Christ. 1Ki.11:42;
David was king 1077 less 40 = 1037 before Christ. 2 Sam.5:4,5;
Solomon died 997 less 391 to Judah kings end = 606 years before Christ the Promised Land is desolate 3460 after Adam.. 2 Chr.36:20-23; Dan.9:2; 10:1; Jer.25:12;
Babylon the Great fell to Cyrus 70 yeas later, [ 606 less 70 years = ] 536 and plenty of history materials support this.
I do not like to allow any room for error, as I want to know the time from Eden as the bible gives it. Their time was from new moon to new moon [ math was 360 ] but they had a system that kept it 365 days as we do.

Actually, yes, that's about the time frame, as Noah was around 1300-1400 B.C.E. King David was the second king of the united kingdom of Israel (c. 1005 BC - 965 BC) and successor to King Saul.

history and Archeology says ..
There was no King David
Egypt kept nominal control over the Levant then.
The time period was ruled by petty warlords (any of whom could be selected as a source of the fable)
