Call your local TV news station. Most have a call for action type thing. They will go to bat for you, Best buy would rather honor its agreement with you than face negative publicity. Good Luck.

there have been many stories of companies selling extended warranties and then finding reasons not to honor them. don't accept being a victim. fight back...call the local paper, local television station, corporate office, get friends who have bought from them, do whatever necessary but apply pressure as the consumer who spent the money. let them know it will cost them a lot more than a simple repair if they choose to be dishonest in their business.
