Black or Green Tea have high caffeine levels which should give you energy and keep you awake. I think that Green Tea is better for you because it has antioxidants.

English Breakfast, Earl Grey or Morning Thunder. But if you are having trouble with drowsiness try getting more sleep. Going to bed earlier and get into a "wind down" routine. About an hour before bedtime do not use the computer, do not do anything work related, write down a to-do list for the next day, take a long hot bath or shower and use aromatic candles or bath salts with lavender, chamomile or sweet almond. Do Not have the t.v on while going to bed it can keep you awake. Get the CD Bach at Bedtime (classical lullabies). I'm usually out by the third track. And do not consume caffeine after 4 in the afternoon. Caffeine and sugars will cause you to wake up but then leave you with a huge crash. And start a form of exercise.
Hope this helps...

Rooibos (check health food stores)
ginseng
For me, any really strong black tea blend does the trick, too,
like an assam, or Prince of Wales, or Irish or English Breaksfast tea--no milk--maybe add a little honey.

Well, Green Tea works well with the mind, but you should try the White Tea.....perfectly made. It will give you everything you need to feel fine. If that doesn't work.....Alkaseltzer !! OR...Just don't drink too much!!
