they have always done more harm than good. they are the agents of empire, the destroyer of tradition, the sick and twisted who think they know better than people they've never met.

I've known quite a few missionaries, and you wouldn't
believe all the good they do. They move to poor countries
and live in poor conditions just as the people they are
helping to learn how to live a better life. They sometimes
put themselves in harms way to help others less fortunate.
Many have been murdered. They do great humanitarian
work. Their agencies send tons of books, clothes, food,
and health supplies overseas to the poor and hurting. Some
missionaries are doctors, dentists, and eye doctors who
go abroad and offer free health care, eyeglasses, toothbrushes,
antibiotics, and more supplies than you can imagine. They are
Angels sent from God to the poor and hurting.

they do no harm compared to what islamic extremists are doing.
At least they don't go to a town and shot their azz for not being a christian.
Does the truth hurt that bad? Should they not try to expose others to something new? How is being a Christian going to hurt someone?
Should we silence them just because they belief what someone else doesn't?
Send me a story link that shows Christian missionaries who use violence to get believers.
Check out CNN or BBC you'll see a lot of stories of muslims killing other sects. for different beliefs. I haven't found any Christian ones????

well, for me this is an easy one for a fewe weeks ago, God has called me to be a missionary. It is not that we want to shove anthing on them, but in some places, they have never even heard the word Jesus, so, if one person can be saved from going to hell, then I say Praise the Lord, and may God be with all the missionarys.
It isn't an easy job, I am studying to be one.

No they do good. They go and learn a completely different culture, better than most Americans. Then they usually establish relationships with the people by doing good in their communities.

If they actually help people get saved, they help. Often they just turn people off of the faith altogether by being too pushy or insulting them.
