Yes, it turns me on. I'm not sure why, but when I fantasize about it often it turns into a threesome, so I think that's part of it -- the guy regards two girls making out as a threesome waiting for him to step in.
Also I think guys are just turned on by seeing girls who are turned on and having sex, and many guys would rather not look at another guy (either they feel like he's a competitor or it worried then that they might be gay if they're turned on while another guy is in the picture), so seeing a girl with another girl or with a sex toy is nicer.
