I have very thick hair also. I loved when it was that length because it was so easy to do (now I am back at the eternal ponytail stage). I would blow it out and then use a flat iron. When I was done I would use Garnier Fructis Fiber Gum Putty (or something similar) to tame it a bit.

The whole point of chin-length hair is you don't HAVE to think about it! Wash and go! Enjoy the freedom to not think about your hairstyle!

However, If you want to do something special for some event, a good way to go is to twist your hair and pin it back onto your head. Just grab chunks about an inch square and twist them until they look like they're in a good place, then bobby-pin them to your scalp. It creates an interesting textured effect that frames the face nicely.

Half ponytail will look good.Just pin one side of it and let go the other.Get a little bit of hair from both sides and clip it on with crocodile clips.Wear hair band.

you can also thin it out with a razor if you are using a flat iron, or you can layre your hair that way it won't fall havy on the bottom. also you can use a big curling iron (1&1/2 inch) and bend it under or out. another idea I have is to try Matrix sleek look products, they will make your hair softer looking. let me know.

deal with it until it grows back. Use those clampy plastic things. Or just let it go naturally. You don't need to do anything at all. Fluff it up a bit maybe??? Just think cute thoughts and you'll be fine.

You can put it with some twists in the front and leave the rest loose or pin it up with a nice clip.
