Hi, gelato made in US....have tried Las Vegas...is pretty good, but darling, gelato tastes better in Italy.

I know this Italian gelato's store (here in the us), and I don't know how they do them, but they taste pretty much the same!!
(by the way, my grandmother is italian, I'll try to ask her when I see her)

the techniques in making it is the same, however the eggs, milk, and cream are very different in italy. they call egg yolks "rosso d'uova" literally means"red of eggs".
