Without more info I can't say much..I am not a doctor, but fatigue and drinking more water could be a sign of diabetes. Other symptoms include constant use of the bathroom and things such as dizziness. Usually you feel tired and like you don't want to do anything. I'd see your doctor..could be nothing, could be something. A simple blood test or sugar test could answer your question.

Well theres certainly nothing wrong with drinking more water. Water is GREAT for you.
But be sure to get out an exercise or do some physical activity, or else you'll gain water weight.
Plus, physical activity will keep you awake, and it'll also help you get a good nights sleep, hopefully keeping you more awake during the daytime!

Are you always thirsty? Are you urinating alot? You could consult your doc if u are as these are signs of diabetes. High blood sugar can make you feel really tired too. It probably isn't this but it always pays to check.
Do a google check for other symptoms and see if you are experiencing any others.

Excessive thirst and fatigue can be symptoms of diabetes or may indicate a thyroid problem.

See your doctor and get some basic blood tests done. You need to make sure your blood sugar, thyroid, and blood count are normal at the very least.
