I like to make chicken enchilada casserole..
or a pot of potato soup...
and a weekend treat.... like banana pudding or brownies
but I am usually stoned on the weekends... so its all good! : )

Seriously...anything that doesn't require a lot of fuss (and cooking)...and keeping it simple is always preferable. My favorite recipe for the weekend? Rest!
