Although you're ot interested in answers of a physical nature, that's where the great lies come in. Women will tell all kinds of traits they want in men, but they usually can't admit they want all those traits in a certain physical type. If you're shorter than her, 99% of the time, forget it. If your hips are bigger than hers, 99% of the time, forget it.
Most women have a particular type they fixate on. Not surprisingly, similar to her dad. Is this a "daddy fixation?" Or does she inherit her mother's DNA that predisposes her to like the same features.
Most women won't say it, but you have to have a steady job, generally, just a little more money than enough to provide a lifestyle that her father provided for his family.
And of course, no women like intoverted men, about 25% of the population, unless money or looks will make up for it.
Gotta be slightly more witty than her. Unfortunately, alot of "clever,witty" men can't hold jobs.
They like a "self-confident", man, but mistake aggression for self confidence.
A good-looking, tall, witty, arrogant man, easily finds someone to fall in love with him. She'll support him, justifying his lack of work on being misunderstood. And see nothing but the good feelings she feels when around him.
And he'll have none of those top 3 qualities a woman wants in a man.
