In proper police termnology what charges could be brought upon someone who keyed a car, and threw dirt on the hood of the car? Everything is on tape.

In Canada, there's one that's off the top of my head. Property damage under $5000. The dirt wouldn't even help the charge, but the keying is. And I'm assuming the alleged didn't key the car over five thousand dollars....if so, good job! How long did THAT take you? lol

Lucky you to have it on tape! Man, I hate when that happens...you come out to your car and there's this deep scratch on the hood. That's when you get all stressed up and no one to choke!
