I like the name Ashley better than sara and nicole better 4 a middle name.

Be special. Hyphenate: Sara- Ashley Nicole. I never saw Ann as a name, just part of a name.

It depends on the child. Is this child caucasian ? Sara Ann would be fine for her. but if she is a child of color, it doesn't work. Ashley Nicole is pretty but both names are sooooo overused. Ann is a classy name but a little mature for a baby.
