I'm not sure what you mean but if you are asking why we aren't attracted to 'normal dressing girls' well, guys are shy too. If we at least don't see at least a little interest in us, perhaps some flirting then we probably won't just walk across the room and ask you out.

I like it when a girl touches me.. any way shape or form.. we are visually attracted.. try wearing some watermellon smelling body spray.. wear a lot of it.. and normal clothes.. the second thing we like besides a beautiful women is food.. as soon as I smell a good fruit flavor women I think about eating her out..

Anyway, again not every guy is the same. Yes, guys are attracted to beautiful girls and what not, but as far as the normal dresssing girl part, i guess you're looking at the wrong group of dudes.
