Well if he's graduating from college he's no longer a little boy. He's already a young man. Try finding one about "I saw you growing up" or "You've made it through it all" idea. Something might hit you that way on the web. Also try going to hallmark and just gleaning through cards there. You can type just about anything in on the web and get something to look thorugh. I did one below. Just change the wording a bit in the search engine after you look at these and hit go again and it will bring up more ideas. Try different search engines too.

I actually bought my nephew the Dr. Seuss book- Oh the places you'll go. It's frickin awesome! In his own way, he goes over the ups and downs of growing up....

Depends on the age, but for HS grads, I always go for the Dr. Suess book on moving on (can't remember the name right off).
