If you need water while in the desert. I would say you could get some water that is there.. But you shouldn't ran sack or destroy the place..... That would be a crime.. What if someone else went there for water. and couldn't get any...

Probably vandalism is the worst crime you could be charged with... UNLESS
someone crossing the desert dies of thirst and a creative district attorney can prove that they would have lived if not for you ransacking the water... THEN
They could probably prove premeditated manslaughter.

Yes. Vandalism isn't going to help on this one, be a real help and go sit in on your next city council meeting. The more that citizens utilize their city government offices, the better. Cities and states are already acting independently to start shutting down problems locally having to do with illegal immigration, states like Texas are working to bring better solutions to the table, arizona, new mexico and california, too, the majority of people are opposed to unregulated immigration, it's to the point where it's causing problems for the actual citizens, I think.
Go attend your next city council meeting, see what they've got to say on the issue. Start a petition drive to promote legislation that will help put pressure on business owners etc to not hire people who are in our country illegally. The sooner people act, and start acting LIKE citizens, the better. There is something 'not right' about having people in government that think it's OK not to fulfil their role in terms of law enforcement. The best way to fix that is to elect honest, fair-minded, goal-oriented representatives who will see to it that things like illegal immigration get effectively addressed and that such enforcement measures as are deemed necessary are carried out. There's a right way to handle all of this, and a wrong way. Let's get this one right...
