Actually it's not crazy. When things don't go right and you daydream of being dead it is your way of escaping the situation. People who don't think this way might find that to be crazy but someone who thinks that way often but has no intention of killing themselves become so use to thinking that way it becomes normal to daydream of being dead. Daydreaming or wishing you were dead during a bad time is the ultimate escape in your mind. Some people find it rather soothing to imagine they are dead and don't have to deal with the problems they have to go through. The only danger is when someone decides to follow through with their wishes of being dead. If you posted that you were seriously depressed and said i want to die it would be a different story. I am no doctor but a doctor did explain this to me because i use to think the same thing. I hope i could help:)

No, but there was one time in my life that I was wishing to be in a car accident, so I could have some time off in a hospital. Then I drowsed off behind the wheel of my car while going 60. I hit the curb, waking me up, flatting my tire and saving my life.
I did not know then that I was hypoglycemic (low blood sugar), but I was. Low blood sugar can be responsible for a lot of emotional nasties. I recommend that anyone whose life is not going good should ask the doctor for a fasting blood insulin test. If it comes back high (and 10 is considered borderline high by some doctors), then that is a sign that you may have low blood sugar. You may be on track for diabetes or heart trouble, too.

Yes, life is not so easy sometimes. And, it can get outright rotten in other times. But then, there are also pretty neat times that holds promise of something better.
You know, in my experience, though, happiness has a lot to do with my personal perspective: if I think things are still pretty good and be appreciative, things are more bearable. Also, treat yourself to something special like a walk/drive in a nice area, ice cream cone, etc. Try it

I don't, I learned to enjoy live while you have it. A friend of myne said she wished he brother was dead, he was irritating the crud out of her. 10 min later her brother got a concussion from running into a glass sliding door. Her brother is fine now but she is now a saint! She is in every charity! She donates blood, hair, ect. She is in more church gatherings than ever!!!! Be careful what you wish for!

relatively, whilst i became in intense college, a woman i became propose to truly some years earlier pronounced she was hoping i might die. It became very hurtful and unprovoked. i think some human beings basically will no longer be able to forgive others for petty issues they do of their toddlers. It injury my emotions, yet i understand I deserved it for being propose to her as a baby. i think some human beings will no longer be able to flow on without hurting others back ten-fold. Plus the way she smiled whilst she pronounced it, i individually sense undesirable for her.

I hate to think that anything would be so horrible in this world that you would think death is your only escape...There are ALWAYS resolutions..always....to begin, a therapist..just talking about it is usually a HUGEEE ease of the pain or stress of a situation. Start there,ok? *hugs* and good luck, sweety.

Sadly I have... But it's only when I'm really low. I really have to have been slapped in the face to be wishing like that. But it sucks when I think like that.

Yes. But I "tied a knot at the end of my rope" and I am glad I am still here. Why don't you try some counselling......
