Let us first understand what Occult is. The definition of occult is to shut off from view or exposure. Most forms of Chi practices are hidden though there are equally as many that are open to the public. Chi in my opinion is not occult in practice, but is occult in the understanding thereof.

By the basic definition of occult, I believe so. But then, technically God's ability to answer pray is too...

NO, it is Western medicine. They study our bodies by the energy it produces. That is how to tell if someone is sick by the hot and cold energy from our bodies. This makes more sense to me than the conventional study of medicine and health.
