Not necessarily. I think it depends on your reason for smelling them. Perhaps she could be sick and you want to know if there is a foul odor coming from her vagina or anus. I would never smell anyone else's underwear but if that's what makes you happy, go ahead.

if you think it is ok that your grandchild smells your dirty panties, then i think it is ok.
Then create a Group to share the "smell" with others.
Now, if there are no one participate, I think you are "unique", if there is, then, happy smelling all of you.
