Yes already some car come equip with HD DVD audio, most stations are already broadcasting in hd.Now with the Ipod and other mass media storage devices CD'S and DVDS are a dying breed

Certainly there is no need of audio CD's because the DVD players already in the market with providing slots for SD,Compact ,Flash and MMC cards hardly they weigh less than 10 grms with a capacity of 5G.B and u can play thousands of songs. Not only that even pendrives with a capacity of more than 5GB can easily read by DVD players. Where ever u go easily carry the storage media and listen the audio.

if youve got a a highspeed internet connection and a couple of hundred bucks for some gadgets you don't need cd's now. My Nissan Titan has a port in the dash, that I can hook a mp3 player to. Most home stereos can be connected to a pc or an mp3 player.

on our stereos we can order music and just play it on that, or you can order music that goes in waves to your brain
