The Cops should find that dog and shoot him between the eyes.
and put the owners in Jail. There should be a heavy fine on owners for not training their dog properly... or the owner should be responsible for everything if there dog causes harm...
sorry one more thing, and should be allowed to sue the owner for everything they have

Don't know if this is the one you mean - last week a mailman went inside someone's fence to deliver the mail because he thought their pit bull was chained up - got mauled pretty bad.
