It's inshaallah. It generally means "in God's will" or "God willing", but, in Islam, it specifically means "if Allah permits" or "with permission from Allah". Most Muslims use this phrase when unsure to do something or go somewhere when invited. For example: "Would you like to come to my house tomorrow?" "Inshaallah, I will." Get it?

If Allah Wills.. hoping to have His blessings for our future programmes. In a way it's a supplication leaving ourselves to Allahs Will for positive results.
