It wasn't final until then. It was like the door slamming in your face. I've been there. It'll hurt a while, I'm sorry to say. Bake some cookies and read a book.

Part of ending a relationship is learning from it. Finding all the negative things about the bf enables you to move on easier. Make a list of things you do not want to fall for again. When moving on look for the guy that has the qualities the last guy laked. Do not dwell in the past. That is over and so you need to look to the future and plan the next relationship. Pick places you want to go and things to do that were not done before. That will block out memories. Good luck.

That is the pain of love. My sweetie. It is better to have loved and lost than to have never loved". As you mature you experience different types of love in differing intensity. All in their separate compartments. There will remain a particular friendship which is always alive borne out of past reciprocal intensity of loving - not just sexing but actual loving by holding hands, not speaking but being near each other. Complementing each other, respecting each other, ultimately, knowing that your partner loves you and your partner knows that you love him. You freely shows your love my touching or admiring by steering at the partner, as if in a trance. Honey that is luuuuve. It hurts no hell, but it was so good when it was good. Time - honey - is a great healer.

Trust me breaking up is never easy, but we have to be strong and deal with the pain....Try to keep yourself busy and to think less, if you keep thinking and thinking you're going to drive yourself crazy! I know it's not easy to forget someone we love but you have to try your best and let go, moving on is never easy but it isn't impossible either! Good Luck

Time is your best friend now. It's cliché but it's true. Take good care of yourself, alllow yourself to cry.. you will go through different phases and you will get out of it stronger and better than ever. Good luck to you.
